Instead of tuning it c g c g c e, just leave it c a c g c e . and play the main chord as (030000) instead of (000000). Is it that hard to just hold down that third fret, 5th string? :)

It is not neccessary to play those notes open between the 333 222 ect.. but if u want to, go ahead! :)

i agree with silicit, leave it in open C6 tuning. its the same tuning for Bron Yr Aur, so if you are playing those songs in a row you want have to hassle with tuning. and silicit, he did include the 3,2,5,4,7,6 barre chords, just in a different way.
