well , firts of all, in this tab are 2 versions of " Back to School ", 
2º, this isn´t my own work, I just put and corrected some stuff , and 
3º. Im Deftones fan and I know that Stephen Carpenter is the guitar player
but in this new album there are some songs played by 2 guitars, and this one is
an example

Here are the facts: Not all of Stephs songs are in C.







Their first album, Adrenaline, on guitar is all in Standard E (low to high: E A D G B E) tuning but two are said to be Drop D (low to high: D A D G B E). Those two songs are "Bored" and I think "Engine No.9".







The guitar parts on Around the fur, their second album which is also my favorite, are ALL Drop Db (low to high: Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb).







On White Pony, the re-issue which has Back To School, is Drop C (low to high: C G C F A D). And all of White Pony is Drop C. You can find out for yourself if you get ahold of the GUITARONE issue with Stephen on the front cover. He says it.

Intro:part A, should be like below, the first half is correct (the 2nd string is downtuned from the 3rd by half a step, the 1st is tuned normally to the second).
