Tuning - 7 String Drop D  [Low to High B D A D G B E]

Thanks for all the comments on this tab.

Apparently, this song is played with a 7 string tuned to BDADGBE, 
and I guess he never hits the B string.  Maybe it's so he can use 
heavier strings or something.  Anyway, this song is technically 
played in Drop D.  However, on the PSP video for Cold it looked like 
he was playing with a 6 string Schecter or something.  
Maybe I wasn't watching hard enough

Everyone seems confused by his chords because they sound so dissonant. 

You can also attribute some of this to how he has his midrange set.  
It sounds like he has his midrange turned up some.  
Most artists take the mids out.  Anyway:
