The 2nd guitar part that is shown as 7th fret on the high E string sounds more like the 15th fret to me.

The chords for the chorus are Bm C G x2

Em C G Am Em F#/D Am.

The only other part is the mid 8 (i think that's what you would call it).

That goes C Em C G C Harmonic on the 5th fret of the low E then C.During the break this is played

The rest of the song is just a repeat of what went before so if you can't figure that out for yourself you may aswell take up the triangle :-).
