to answer that one guys question i really dont know how to do it by yourself on the guitar but if you can get a piano or go to a website that has the pitches than you can tune by ear or just get a tuner and tune d#

Oh and to answer system47's question. Tune your guitar down one half step to Eb(hopefully you can do that) and then drop the Low E string one more step.
