This is my first tab so feedback would be appreciated. I saw Staind's first show promoting their new Album Chapter V, so I'm pretty positive this is correct. This is an easy song.

There are two guitars, Aaron plays the acoustic, while Mushok plays on the electric, the Verse and Chorus both follow the same chord pattern, just listen to the song to find the beat. For Mushok's Part in the background during the verses, you can use the same chords and arpeggiate the notes, or if you know the scales that correspond to the chords that Aaron is playing, you ]can play them like that as well.
