I once saw the original sheet music for this song and i promise you, that it's not like this.
But not to worry this sounds just amazing, and by the way guys the fingerpicking style is used several times in other Beatles songs.

The slides in this song is a bit hard to tab properly, so listen to the song to make ur own judgement. There are quite few shift slides in there. 
Don't forget to play the second part i the B part, slower and slower towards the all mighty blackbird slide.
