I know that there are about 6 versions to this song already on here, but most of them are incomplete.
I sat down for a looong time to make sure I didn't leave anything out and I even put the times in for you.

a few notes before you play:
1) the tildas (~~~~~~~) after some notes i use to show ringing notes and to emphasize letting that note ring at the end of the measure or phrase

2) a / is a slide up the fretboard

3) although I'm a finger bassist mostly and like playing with my fingers beter, I find it to be a 
bit better to play this song with a pick. I find it allows the notes ring out easier and you don't
accidentially mute any ringing strings prematurely. Using fingers works just as well.
