Fieldy uses a thumb-pinky slap technique that is prominent in many Korn songs.  He uses this in the Bridge, Breakdown, and Outro of “Here To Stay” and often the strings are muted to give a clacking noise.

PS I forgot to edit the TPTP's during the bridge, they were only meant to be over the x's (muted slaps). Sorry about that.
