This is one of my favorite songs of the Foo Fighters' latest album, Echoes, Silence, Patience, and Grace.  This song sounds great on an acoustic guitar and the open B and high e string give a more full sound.  This tab is 100% correct and I tabbed it by ear. 

I did not include the strumming patterns but the chords are there and you will be able to hear the chord changes and identify the strumming pattern. The actual pattern is pretty easy.
