hey man, this tab is the absolute best i have seen on this site so far. the only thing i would change is during the intro, where you say to play this:

unlike most of these idiots i actually played the tab (cept the solo:P) but i think it sounds spot on... the ONLY correction i saw (for now ;)) is the very firt chord that is played does not ring

You took this straight from the tab book, which is utterly and completeley wrong. I don't feel like typing out everything that is wrong with this tab, but for starters: the "verse - (main part)," "Bridge - " "Come crawling faster . . . " the 1st solo is okay, but it is played in a different place... the 2nd solo is horribly wrong. then the last solo, thats all pull offs and tremalo is wrong.





The people who make these tab books arent guitarists, they arent musicians. Metallica doesnt play quick riffs consisting of bar chords, they play power chords. so if you ever see an Am bar chord in this song you might want to rethink it (also consider how well you can palm mute a full bar chord with 16 notes.. you cant)

for all the people who keep saying "this is how the intro goes" or "this is how its played and no way else" stop saying it. Until you get james or kirk to show you how it is played you cannot say that that is how it's played, maybe thats how YOU play it but not actually the right way

Ok, let me start off by saying that this, among most other tabs, is crap. Honestly pure crap. Aside from the many problems that I have with it, this is one mistake everyone makes and it really pisses me off. Do you people know what the interlude is? The part at 3:34, and apparently everyone makes up their own notes. This is how it's supposed to be played.
