Very good! The only things that are possibly wrong are very small so it doesen't matter very much. As far as the tuning goes, CGCFAD is correct for the most part. Only a background guitar part that you didn't tab used the tuning CGCFGC. It plays this part in the background during the chorus:

It follows the same pattern as the normal guitar, but doubles it an octave up (because it's tuned CGCFGC).

The only thing wrong is that the tuning is wrong. All you need to is drop the 6th string to a D.
