I don't know and I don't care if it sound right or not, and the reason why I wont try it is cause you tune the bass up all wrong, it's suposed to (CGCF) not standard.

yes he does have the wrong tuning but if you play it like that along with the song, hes got the correct notes. not always the right octave, but the correct notes. if you dont want to tune down a step (and be lazy) you can play it like this and it will work out just fine.

Some of the notes are not repeated enough, i.e., riff 1. It is also lower, octavewise, in some parts, because the tuning is off, as others have mentioned, but it is good for beginning bassists.

Forgot to mention this: EyzAllOnU, you're def. Shavo DOES play in the intro. Unless you were referring to the fade-in type thing in the first 12 seconds, you should cut your ears off.

I dont think thi tab is right but i dont get why some of you guys think its so f***ing important to have it tuned exactly the same as shavo. If the The same way he plays who cares if its cgcf or cgcf#.
