I think that the final riff leading to the fade out is in the wrong key. Try looking at the chords that you've posted and figure out a new pattern. I am just guessing, but it sounds to me like there are only one or two guitars repeating the same lines until fade out. If anybody else has a better idea, let me know.

I take everything back that I said for the first correction. The final riff is correct, but there are a few notes missing in the solo.
