Since your tab is the most accurate, I will post my comments on this one. What everybody has failed to realise, is Rob isn't playing all those bass notes, the DJ is playing a record on his turntables. Rob only plays the first beat and the beat just prior to note on the snare drum. Tweak the EQ until you get just the channel the bass drum is frequenting, you'll hear the slight difference in sound.

you can also try to listen really hard to the bass drum and notice that the actual notes he plays have alot more punch than the others

Dude ... im just starting to learn so i dont know too much bout playing...

I suggest you mention which drum or cymbal is bieng played..

Like sd - snare drum ..[:)]

Yeah, the bass is only on "1" and "a". Does anybody know anything I could use instead of a tamborine, cause I don't have one.
