im not gonna dis ur tab. even tho u did it to mine (and ur corrections made no sense) the tuning is supposed to be in C, but ur playing on a 4 so im not gonna get into that. and at chorus (end) the top notes need to be lowered 1/2 step.

Nice work. However if you watch his pinky in the chorus in the DVD, it actually goes like this:

E-14-14-16-14-17-14-

B-15-15-15-15-15-15-

Hi, great tab, this song is very messed up to play/tab, so good job.

I'm pretty sure the "you cant kill me" part where he uses his pinky goes like:

14--14--15--14-17-14-------------------

15--15--15--15-15-15-------------------

13--13--13--13-13-13-------------------

---------------------------------------

it sounds very good and it looks like he

does this on the dvd

otherwise, great tab

Hi, Okay everyone, I'm going around and I'm gonna put an end to the Mudvayne tuning controversy.

1) In L.D. 50, he uses a 5 string tuned to:

E

B

F#

B

B

he slaps the 5th (tighter) string and plays on the 4th (looser) string. This I am certain because on the Dig DVD you can clearly see he does this. And I saw them live in Madison and he varies with a 4 and 5 string on various LD 50 songs.

2) They do play all their songs in drop C live (at least from the peoria DVD on)

and 3)

Their new album is in drop C and when they play live he does vary again between 4 and 5 strings on the new album songs too.

So this means he tunes his 4th and 5th strings the same.

THX for the read

the root of the chord that evryone is talking about only seems to be played live. cuz if u watch the dvd he doesnt do the sliding on the top string after the chords. he might play it on the album, but its so damn quiet. and the chords are

14 15 17

15 15 15

12 12 12

im finishing up my version of it with the live and album fills. later
SoleFactionBassistSoleFactionBassist Unknown Date
In the verse he doesn't play all b's

In the chorus he also plays this note in all the chords

F#-13

so

|-14-15-17

|-15-15-15

|-13-13-13
