That’s about the only two chords he plays from what I can tell.
This is the only acoustic song from chevelle that I’ve heard before and it’s awesome.  
It’s also very simple to play, the only thing you really have to figure out is the rhythm.
This sounds, to me at least, as close to the original as possible.  Enjoy.
