The tuning for this song is (low to high) Ab, C#, G#, C#, F#, Bb. The chorus has some wrong chords, but it's because the tuning is off. Just fix the tuning, and the song's not much of a problem.

Alright tab dude, I agree with about everything but the chorus doesnt sound right at all, its sounds way to high. By the way, Staind usually tunes Ab Db Ab Db Gb
