This tab is the closest thing i've heard to the actual song. should be correct.
You have to watch How they play this live, this is the closest tab i have seen to how they play it live. I have them playing live on the Kilborn show, looks exactly how they play it on there. Good tab man.
There is a part on the song, and it may be the bass, but coming out of the chorus there are some notes that I don't know how to fit in, if you figure it out, modify your tab, because it's the best I've seen.

of course this isn't proportional and he hits the sring a lot more than this, but this is what he plays, im' pretty sure.
Pretty close but the opening is a progression from Em down the neck.
check out http://www.digitalperk.com/~f1nk/music/tab/thered.txt for some reason when I submited to mx it didnt go up. this is about 99% accurate
