I'm pretty sure this song is in standard tuning (E,A,D,G), the numbers of the fret stay te same, so actually everything is played 1/2 step higher.

No this song IS NOT in standard tuning. If your a knowladgable BASS PLAYER and you listen to the song youd relize sooner or later that your always playing one note to high if your not tuned down.
