Actually, they do use drop Bb on this song, they change tunings quite a bit actually, Dont Stay and Nobody's listening are in Drop B, and With You and Runaway are on 7 strings, which is the same as Drop B. Anyways, this tab looks pretty good, although the chorus for guitar 2, the last chord slides down a step, not up, so that would be

and you can tell the intro is harmonics, but i still have no idea what they are, they aren't just your basic 5,7, and 12 harmonics, there's some 9 and 4 in there too i believe.





there's also a variation on the outro, and it ends on a harmonic, so there's a little bit more that could be tabbed.
